Lennar Builders

Civic Link Strategies worked with Lennar Builders to negotiate with the City of San Diego, The San Diego Housing Authority, housing advocates, the Building Trades and community members to successfully gain City Council approval to build a 564 market rate housing project with inclusionary housing. ~

Born and Raised

Consortium Holding’s  $8 million project  Born & Raised in Little Italy was blocked by the Airport Authority based on an incompatible land use designation. CLS was  successful in securing an affirmative vote by Civic San Diego’s board and convincing the City Council to indemnify the Airport in its designation decision and approve the project; (9-0 vote) ~

CeruLlo Legacy Center

The $160 million Cerullo Legacy Center located in San Diego’s Mission Valley was previously voted down by the San Diego City Council.  Civic Link Strategies was brought on to work with the faith based community, The Mission Valley Planning group, the business community, and Clark construction to ultimately gain approval by the San Diego City Council; (6-0) vote. ~
